The summer program here at Northstar is a little more relaxed than during the year and built on biweekly themes. We follow generally the same schedule as during the school year, but our curriculum centers around the biweekly themes and we leave more time for outside activities.
*There are three sessions in the summer, which generally follow the months of June, July and August.
June 8-19 - On the Go Special Days: Flag Day, Father’s Day
June 22-July 2 - In My Garden: Fruits, Veggies, Plants Special Day: Independence Day
July 6-17 - To the Moon and Beyond
July 20-31 - Creepy Crawlies: Bugs and Reptiles
August 3-14 - Our Feathered and Furry Friends
August 17-September 4 - Back to School Special Day: Grandparent’s Day
*The new school year starts September 8th, 2009.
Summer Enrichment Camp
Northstar Montessori proudly introduces Summer Enrichment Camps. Children may attend both the Montessori Fun in the Sun and Enrichment Camps. Children need not be current Northstar Montessori students to attend either program. Below are the available classes and dates.
