Ratios: We keep our ratios well within the state guidelines, which are 1:10 teachers/children for our preschool classes and 1:6 for our toddler classes.
Qualifications: All our lead classroom teachers hold certifications in Montessori as well as Master's Degrees in Education. Our Directress (Head of School) is also a trained Montessori teacher. Our assistant classroom teachers all have some kind of early childhood certification, ranging from training in the Montessori method to a Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
